[150330] Even EXO members can't solve the mysteries behind 'Pathcode'?

Chanyeol recently revealed that even the EXO members themselves were confused about their 'Pathcode' promotions at a recent press conference for the group's 2nd album, 'EXODUS.'

Some fans brought out their inner Sherlock Holmes in order to solve each puzzle, but others have also expressed their frustration due to the level of difficulty of the puzzles.

Chanyeol admitted, "We've heard the explanations, but I'm still not sure. I wasn't able to solve everything, but if [our fans] loved us, then I think they would be able to solve it easily. I solved D.O.'s though."

Fellow member D.O. then added, "No matter how many times I watched, I couldn't solve Chanyeol's."

Meanwhile, Kai said during the press conference that there were a lot of significant changes that were made to their formation and that the MV for their comeback will be unique, heightening the anticipation for the full release.

EXO will make their first on-stage appearance with "Pathcode" on Mnet's 'M! Countdown' on April 2.

Dropping its second official album, EXO raised expectations saying that the group is ready for a fresh new start with ten members.

"This is always something that comes to mind when we perform or hold a concert, but I wonder if we′re allowed to receive this much love. We′ll be standing on stage to repay back all the love," continued Su Ho. "I think many people love us because we work hard on the stage and prepare hard for the album."

"We couldn′t even believe we sold over a million albums. Because we released the albums in different languages in both Korea and China at the same time, many fans abroad loved our music and wanted to have a copy of them," said Su Ho. "Because we know that, we have heightened the quality of our albums. Perhaps because we put in much care and effort to make people want to have a copy, that′s why the album receives a lot of love."

[150330] EXO and A Pink Reversing K-Pop’s Declining Popularity in Japan

EXO and A Pink have been named as two groups that are leading a new K-pop boom in Japan.

Media outlet Oricon Style has reported that EXO and A Pink are bringing new life to K-pop’s otherwise stagnating popularity in Japan.

According to the report, while appearances of K-pop stars on television used to be a daily occurrence, the K-pop boom has largely subsided in Japan.

However, the article states that EXO and A Pink are leading a reversal of this trend. “EXO is getting so popular in Japan that finding tickets for their concerts is becoming difficult,” it states. “Many fans were there for their first solo concert last April as well as their fall tour in Tokyo, Osaka, and Fukuoka.

Many in Japan are eagerly awaiting the group’s Japanese debut and future activities.”

Regarding A Pink, the article stated, “In spite of the recent tendency toward sexier images for girl groups, A Pink is gaining popularity by setting itself apart with a purer image. The group was inundated with over 50,000 fans wanting to attend their showcase preceding their Japanese debut. Recently, they have also been the focus of many magazine and TV reports, and will also be taking the stage at the Tokyo Girls Collection.”

In addition, the report also mentioned TVXQ and BIGBANG, saying that sales of their DVDs had climbed to 8th and 10th place, respectively. It also claimed
that “tickets for the two groups’ concerts were just has hard to find as ever,” and that “concerts where fans can get closer to K-pop stars are being planned.”

[150328] EXO’s Kai Adorably Makes His Exit from Instagram After “Call Me Baby” Release

EXO member Kai is receiving attention for making his exit from Instagram following the release of the group’s new title track “Call Me Baby.”

On March 14, Kai created his Instagram account under the name ‘@kimkaaaaaa’ and gathered a large number of followers.

Then, on March 18, he posted “Here I Am. BARCELONA 10:10” along with a short clip of himself while filming his teaser video.

Much to the disappointment of fans, the EXO member deleted his account shortly after “Call Me Baby” was unveiled through music sites on March 28. It appears that the account was utilized for the purpose of promoting the group’s comeback.

However, Kai made sure to make his exit in a cute manner, as he struggled to figure out exactly how to delete his account. He provided fans a laugh with his confusion: “Where’s the delete Click Here,” “Where is it,” and finally asked, “Do I just need to log out?” Although fans commented, “He’s so cute, I don’t want to tell him [how to delete his account],” Kai was ultimately able to figure it out, as his account is no longer valid.

Meanwhile, EXO’s brand new comeback album “Exodus” is scheduled for release on March 30.

[150328] EXO's Kai saddens fans by deleting his Instagram only after recently creating one

EXO's dancing machine Kai delighted fans when he finally joined Instagram just recently, but unfortunately the fun has come to an end as the idol has deleted his account!

He'd only posted a few things including a concert video of himself followed by an extra teaser clip for the group's return with their second album 'EXODUS'.

His Instagram account is now nowhere to be found, leaving fans to wonder what led the idol the delete it. However, before he left though, he did share one last photo seen below and wrote, "EXODUS CALL ME BABY, See you on the official homepage."

In addition, he posted in the comments section, "Where do you delete the account?" "Do I just need to log out?", bringing sad chuckles from fans. Judging by what he's said, it seems the account had only served to provide extra teasers, and with its purpose having been fulfilled, the idol decided to close it down.

Sad about his account being gone, fans flocked to other members' Instagram accounts, such as Chanyeol's, to write, "Where did Kai go?? Why did he leave?", "I was so happy he finally started one, but then he leftã… ã… ", "What happened? Why did Kai delete his account?", and more.

Hopefully knowing fans miss him this much, Kai will decide to reopen one in the future? Let's keep our fingers crossed!

[150328] Locations of EXO's individual teasers spell out 'Call Me Baby'?

SM Entertainment is pretty sly, but not sly enough!  Fans are taking notice of an interesting technique they recently did to tease EXO's comeback with "Call Me Baby."  It turns out that there are exactly the same amount of letters in the song title as the number of members in the group.

In addition, each member's teaser just happened to be filmed in a different city or state of which the first letter spells out... "Call Me Baby"!  Now if only they would have left hints as to how fans could actually call them...

The teasers were not released in order but the smart fans are noticing that "Call Me" spells out the locations in which EXO-K members filmed while "Baby" spells out the locations for the EXO-M members.

The list goes (unscrambled):

C olorado (D.O)
A rizona (Chanyeol)
L ondon (Kai)
L yon (Baekhyun)

M arseille (Suho)
E dinburgh (Sehun)

B arcelona (Tao)

[150328] EXO’s Kai deletes his Instagram days before comeback

Despite the excitement that he created when he joined Instagram, EXO‘s Kai closed his Instagram account just days ahead of his group’s comeback.

Within several days of the creation of the SNS account, Kai’s Instagram (@kimkaaaaaa) had amassed hundreds of thousands of followers, all of whom were excited to see updates by the EXO member. In his inaugural post, the singer released a short video of what looks to be a clip of one of his performance from EXO PLANET #2 – The EXO’luXion.

With the group’s comeback set for March 30th, fans were definitely looking forward to seeing behind the scenes photos of the SM Entertainment singer promoting the group’s new album.

With the removal of Kai’s account, however, fans have speculated that perhaps the account was only made to provide fans with photo and video teasers for the release of the group’s comeback “Call Me Baby.” Hopefully Kai will be back on Instagram soon, but for now, fans will have to depend on his other fellow EXO members for updates regarding the group.
