On October 16, Chen’s ballad titled “Cherry Blossom Love Song” was released as the third OST for the tvN drama, which stars his fellow EXO member D.O. (Do Kyung Soo), Nam Ji Hyun, Jo Sung Ha, and more.

Viewers got a listen to part of the moving song during the first kiss scene between D.O. and Nam Ji Hyun’s characters in the October 8 episode, and you can now enjoy the whole song below!

The emotional ballad was produced by Park Geun Chul, Jung Soo Min, and Mathi.

[180323] EXO-CBX To Release First OST For tvN’s “Live”

EXO-CBX will be the first singers to release an OST for tvN’s weekend drama “Live”!

The news was reported on March 23 and confirmed through EXO’s official Twitter account that the unit group will be the first up to bat for the OST of “Live.” 

Their participation is set to add more depth to the drama as they did when they released “For You” for “Scarlet Heart: Goryeo,” which member Baekhyun appeared in as a cast member.

EXO-CBX is a unit group from EXO with members Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin. On top of the OST, they are also planning to showcase a variety of charms through a Korean comeback as a unit next month.

tvN’s “Live” follows the chaotic yet ordinary lives of policemen and features a strong cast that includes Lee Kwang Soo, Jung Yoo Mi, and Sung Dong Il. The drama airs every Saturday and Sunday at 9 p.m. KST.

Taeyeon will be singing a song titled "Rescue Me", to be included in episode 3 of the drama, while EXO-CBX's "Cry" will be included in episode 4. According to Japanese media outlets, both songs will only be available through the drama for the time being.

[170615] EXO-CBX to sing the theme song for the animated 'Running Man' cartoon

'Running Man' is being made into an animated cartoon.

The animated 'Running Man' will run for 24 episodes, 30 minutes per episode. It'll start airing at the end of July featuring the original seven members in animal forms. In the photo below, the order is Ji Suk Jin, Lee Kwang Soo, Song Ji Hyo, Yoo Jae Suk, HaHa, Gary, and Kim Jong Kook.

EXO-CBX also sang the theme song for the animation to add to the bright, optimistic energy. After the boys saw the teaser video with their song in it, they were highly amused and said they were looking forward to it.

Just a week after his solo track “Curtain” was released, EXO’s Suho is back with more music!

On February 10, the three-part drama “Three Color Fantasy” released an OST track from the first mini drama, “The Universe’s Star.” Suho played Woo Joo in this particular storyline, who also happened to be a top singer.

The track “Starlight” is not only the main theme for his character, but also sung by Suho himself as it is one of “Woo Joo’s songs.” It was written and produced by singer-songwriter Jung Ki Chan, and also features indie singer Remi. The track talks about the determination one has to protect and always be there for his loved one, wherever he may be, and showcases Suho’s sweet voice.

The music video depicts a touching scene where Suho’s character sings “Starlight” while playing the piano, as well as other notable moments from the mini drama. While it was originally planned to be only used in the drama, “Starlight” was officially released as a digital single after receiving many requests.

Multiple sources confirmed the news on December 1, stating that Chanyeol and singer Punch will be participating in the OST for tvN’s “Goblin.” The upcoming Friday-Saturday drama is set to air its first episode on December 2.

This is not the first time for Punch to collaborate with an EXO member, as she previously collaborated with EXO’s Chen for “Everytime,” which is an OST track for “Descendants of the Sun.”

EXO-Ls are in for another treat as three of EXO‘s vocalists, Baekhyun, Chen and Xiumin lend their soothing voices for the upcoming SBS drama, Scarlet Heart: Ryeo.

In addition to the song, Baekhyun also plays a role in the drama as Prince Wang Hyun, a friendly and playful prince tenth in line to the throne. The drama is based on a Chinese novel, Bu Bu Jing Xin, by Tong Hua, a time traveling drama that sends the female heroine, Go Ha Jin (played by IU) back into the Goryeo Era. Her life changes when she meets the ten princes in a kingdom where the battle of politics and romance is heavily tested.

A music video for the Part 1 OST, “For You” was released, which shows highlight scenes from the drama and introduces the main characters to the viewers. The interactions between each prince and the female lead arouses curiosity as to which love-line might be focused on in the drama.

At 9am KST, “For You” topped Korean music chart Soribada at #1, while hitting the number two spot on Mnet, Olleh Music, Genie Music, Naver, and Bugs. The song ranks fourth on Melon. The song faces strong competition from Ailee‘s “If You”, but the results are applaudable since it is an OST track.

The first episode of Moon Lovers is scheduled to air on SBS on August 29, 2016 at 10pm KST.
