EXO are showing just how amazing they are with their numbers!

The group sold a total of 2.13 million copies in 2016, including 1.17 million copies of 'EX'ACT' and 'Lotto', 425,000 copies of 'For Life', 276,000 copies of EXO-CBX's 'Hey Mama!', and 260,000 copies of Lay's 'Lose Control'. EXO has also sold over 1 million copies of all three of their full albums.

Last week, EXO had topped this chart with "Lotto," but was pushed down to third place for this week. NCT Dream, NCT's latest unit that debuted just about two weeks ago, has topped their sunbaes with "Chewing Gum," climbing the chart to sit at second place.

EXO has grabbed another trophy for their track “Lotto” off the repackaged version of their third full album “EX’ACT.”

August 31’s episode of MBC’s “Show Champion” was a compilation of highlights from 2016 so far, and so there were no new performances. However, the 

show still crowned a winner for this week, and the nominees were BLACKPINK’s “Whistle,” I.O.I’s “Whatta Man,” GFRIEND’s “Navillera,” Ailee’s “If You,” and EXO’s “Lotto.” EXO took the win, which is their fourth trophy so far for the track!

In a video message recorded by the group, Suho thanks the show for the award, promises they’ll keep working hard, and says they love EXO-L.

[160830] EXO’s “Lotto” enters Billboard’s World Albums Chart

EXO‘s popularity and global appeal continues to soar as they remain the only K-pop group at rank number 10 on the Billboard World Albums Chart for their third repackaged album, “Lotto”. 

For the week starting September 3rd,  EXO’s Lotto secured a spot on the top ten ranking of Billboard’s World Albums chart. This is another achievement for their repackaged album after securing an “all kill” since its release, while the album continues to rank first on South Korea’s Gaon Chart simultaneously.

Aside from the album rankings, the music video for their title track “Lotto” has also been viewed at least seventeen million times since its release and further managed to reach first place on Youtube‘s weekly chart. 

In addition, the song “Lotto” helped the group achieve two music awards from both KBS Music Bank and Mnet M! Countdown.

EXO continues promoting the track in music shows this week.

EXO has ranked number 1 on a variety of charts with their repackaged 3rd studio album Lotto.

EXO ranked on Hanteo, Synnara, Yes24 and Hottrack′s weekly album charts for the 2nd week in a row with their 3rd studio album Lotto, which was released on August 18.

Additionally, the album also ranked 1 and 2 on the Gaon chart released on August 26 and the title track Lotto ranked 1 on the download chart. The eye-catching music video for Lotto also showed great success by ranking 1 on YouTube′s K-POP Music Video Chart TOP 20 for the first week of August.

EXO also performed powerful and charismatic performances of Lotto on Mnet′s M COUNTDOWN, KBS2′s Music Bank and SBS′ Inkigayo last week and swept the number 1 wins. 

Futhermore, EXO′s 3rd studio album Lotto, which released on August 18, is showing huge success by ranking number 1 on music charts, album charts, music video charts and music programs.

[160827] Suho brings EXO-L to tears with his winning speech on 'Music Bank' referencing recent events

In light of recent events, EXO-L, or fans of EXO, have been moved to tears by leader Suho's touching winning speech on the most recent episode of 'Music Bank'. 

A few days ago, poor management by the staff behind MBC's new variety show 'Star Show 360' led to EXO-L being forced to wait in line for over 20 hours, in addition to being mistreated inside the set for EXO's live performances, and more. 

Fans have undoubtedly been upset by the recent events, which is why Suho's speech on 'Music Bank' meant so much to them. After Sehun briefly thanked EXO-L, Suho took over with, "We thanks everyone at 'Music Bank', as well as our teacher Lee Soo Man, our SM family, our staff, and the family members of EXO. We'd also like to thank our managers, who work just as hard as EXO." 

The portion of Suho's speech that moved EXO-L so warmly was, "To our EXO-L, even though it looks like oppas don't know what's going on, we see, we hear, and we know, so we want you to know that. Our fans, we thank you and love you." 

It sounds like the EXO members really do know just how upset fans have been after the events from the variety show recording, and wanted to comfort fans in any way possible! Comments from fans included, "I really got tears in my eyes seeing this TT thank you", "EXO really do think of their fans a lot, so I hope fans will stop doing dumb things", "I think this explains why EXO has so many fans", and more.

[160826] EXO Reaches Number 1 on YouTube′s ′K-Pop Music Video Chart′

EXO has reached number 1 on YouTube′s weekly chart in the k-pop music video category.

EXO reached number 1 on YouTube′s K-POP Music Video Chart TOP 20 with title track Lotto of their repackaged 3rd studio album. Additionally, EXO proved their global popularity by also ranking number 3 on the chart with Monster of their 3rd studio album, which was released in June.

EXO also ranked number 1 on the weekly album charts of Hanteo, Synnara, Yes24, Hot Tracks, Kyobo Book and Aladin with the Korean version of their repackaged 3rd studio album Lotto.

Meanwhile, EXO will be performing their new track on KBS2TV′s Music Bank August 26, MBC′s Show! Music Core on August 27 and SBS′ Inkigayo on August 28.

[160825] EXO Wins Number 1 with ′Lotto′ on ′M COUNTDOWN′

EXO has taken home the win.

On the August 25 episode of Mnet′s M COUNTDOWN, EXO took home the win after performing title track Lotto from their new album.

After winning number 1, EXO′s leader Suho revealed, "SM family, managers, parents, thank you. More than anything, the EXO members must be tired, but as the leader I′m thankful that you tried so hard on stage. More than anything, we love you fans. Thank you." Lay followed this with a speech in Chinese. 

On this night, EXO showed a charismatic performance in black and white and there was no one that could stop them. 

BLACKPINK, who faced off against EXO for number 1, also did not disappoint as a top YG Entertainment girl group by showing a powerful performance.

Spica, who released their new digital single Secret Time on August 25, performed their new track through their comeback stage. Secret Time is a pop R&B track that highlights Spica′s impressive vocals and has an addictive beat and melody.

New boy group NCT Dream, the teenage group under NCT, also performed their debut stage with new track Chewing Gum. They prepared a youthful and upbeat performance of their fun dance track and fans were excited to meet each of the cute members. 

Fans were also highly anticipating the stage of Triple T. Triple T, which is a collaboration group between SM Entertainment and JYP Entertainment under SM STATION, consists of SNSD′s Hyoyeon, 2AM′s Jo Kwon and miss A′s Min. The group prepared a special stage of their hot new track Born to be Wild.

Meanwhile, other performances of the night included EXO, Nine Muses A, Oh My Girl, I.O.I, Jun.K, VIXX and more.
