2016 Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA) has revealed the first set of artists confirmed for the lineup.
Top k-pop boy groups EXO and BTS will bring their powerful performances on stage at this year′s MAMA, which is returning to the Asia World-Expo Arena in Hong Kong on December 2.
EXO received the love of many fans this year through the release of their 3rd studio album EX′ACT, with double title tracks Monster and Lucky One, and the release of their repackaged album Lotto.
BTS, who released The Most Beautiful Moment in Life: Young Forever earlier this year, has been showing huge success with their 2nd studio album Wings. The album set a new k-pop record by reaching number 26 on Billboard′s Top 200 chart.
More artists will continue to be revealed, so keep an eye out for who is coming next.
Meanwhile, tickets for 2016 MAMA will be available beginning November 2 at 11AM KST. Additionally, tickets for the red carpet will be available beginning November 16 and tickets for the Creator′s Forum will also be available beginning November 2.
