[150514] EXO’s Xiumin Impresses with His Final Appearance on “Crime Scene 2″

 The May 13 broadcast of JTBC‘s “Crime Scene 2” featured EXO‘s Xiumin and his last appearance on the show. The singer displays great acting skills while everyone searches for the killer in the crime scene game. The fifth episode of the show involves investigating a murder on a cruise ship. The cast members act as suspects and try to solve the murder themselves. If you haven’t watched the episode, BEWARE of SPOILERS ahead!

In this episode, film director Jang Jin (who plays the role of the detective) selects Xiumin (who plays the role of a manager) as the culprit. However, the rest of the cast members choose Jang Dong Min (who plays the role of a sailor) as the criminal due to evidence and motive.

Ultimately, it is revealed that the actual culprit is Xiumin. With his acting skills, he was able to fool his cast members. Thus, he wins the prize of 4,000,000 won (approx. 3653 USD).

He also shares a farewell message and states, “I’m really happy I didn’t get caught. Although it has only been three weeks, I have gotten attached [to the show] so I’m sad to be leaving. Be sure to watch ‘Crime Scene 2!’ Fighting!”

[150513] EXO′s Xiu Min Says He and EXID′s Hani Are in a ′Some′ on ′Crime Scene 2′

EXO′s Xiu Min and EXID′s Hani will come out on Crime Scene 2 as two people in the middle of ′some.′

On May 13, jTBC′s Crime Scene 2 will air the ′Cruise Murder Case′ with Xiu Min as the special guest.

The ′Cruise Murder Case′ is about a murder that happened on a cruise ship. For the mockup of the murder, director Jang Jin will act as the detective, Hong Jin Ho the cruise′s captain, Jang Dong Min the ship′s mate, Hani the crew member, Park Ji Yoon a jazz singer, and Xiu Min a bar manager.

In the story, Xiu Min and Hani play characters that are in the middle of a ′some,′ a vague relationship in which two people aren′t dating but are more than friends.

As they began to act, Xiu Min straightfowardly told Hani with confidence, "You and I are in a some," causing everyone to become surprised, including Hani. 

Hani couldn′t help but to show her surprise at Xiu Min′s confession, quickly denying it, thinking about the fans and making everyone laugh. 

The episode will air on May 13.

Fans will either be excited to hear or slightly jealous that EXO's Xiumin and EXID's Hani will have a 'some' relationship in the upcoming episode of 'Crime Scene 2'!

The episode will be about a murder mystery on a cruise ship. Hani will play a character named Seung Moo Won and Xiumin will play the bar manager.

As the two are supposed to portray characters in a 'some' relationship with each other, Xiumin said to Hani during the filming, "You and I are in a 'some' relationship." However, it seems Hani remembered the jealous fans who may be watching the broadcast later as she started to deny that it was true, looking quite flustered!

[150430] EXO’s Xiumin Makes His Best Attempt at Aegyo for “Crime Scene 2”

In new behind-the-scenes footage from JTBC’s “Crime Scene 2,” EXO’s Xiumin makes his best attempt at aegyo to promote the show.

Xiumin had previously expressed that he is nervous because it is his first time appearing on a show without the other EXO members. And indeed, in the revealed footage Xiumin seems nervous as he fumbles over his words. On his second try, he successfully recites his lines, finishing them off with his best attempt at aegyo (acting cute).

Staff members can be heard giggling in the background saying things like “No no” and “Yea, I don’t think this’ll work.”

And Xiumin laughs as well and agrees, “I can’t I can’t I can’t.”

At the end of the video, he takes one more stab at aegyo, this time a bit more toned down as he asks, “Call me baby?” mimicking the gesture of taking a phone call.

EXO's Xiumin is set to make his first solo variety show appearance on 'Crime Scene 2'!

On April 29, JTBC's 'Crime Scene 2's Yoon Hyun Joon told OSEN, "Even though Xiumin must have been very nervous, he did well. 'Crime Scene 2' is a difficult variety show to take part in, but considering this is his first time, he did well." He continued, "During filming, he deduced the reason of the right man in the right place (?). He quietly did everything he had to do."

Xiumin will take part in today's episode up until the May 13 episode for a total of three weeks. This is his first time taking part in variety on his own without his fellow EXO members. He'll take on the part of popular ballad singer Shigasu in the 'chaebol vs. female college student murder case.'

More information has been revealed regarding EXO Xiumin‘s guest appearance on JTBC‘s “Crime Scene 2.”

The singer will take on the role of being a popular ballad singer. Despite this being his first solo appearance on a variety show, he is said to have exhibited natural acting skills during the filming.

He also holds his own during the crime solving portion of the show among fixed cast members Jang Jin, Hong Jin Ho, Park Ji Yoon, Jang Dong Min, and EXID‘s Hani. The producers commented, “Xiumin greatly surpassed our expectations with his acting, smartness, and variety skills. He will be a great source of vitality for our show.”

[150423] Xiumin to make an appearance in next week’s “Crime Scene 2″

In the most recent episode of JTBC‘s Crime Scene 2, EXO‘s Xiumin made a surprise appearance on the show that even shocked the MCs.

A short preview segment featuring Xiumin was played on the April 22nd episode of the show, as he revealed the role he will be taking up in the following episode. In his short appearance, Xiumin revealed he will be playing a popular singer XiGaSu (29), also known as the “Prince of Ballads.”

Crime Scene 2 is a variety show that features a set cast of celebrities, as well as invited guests, attempting to solve murders based on real life cases.

Xiumin’s first episode is set to air on April 29th, and is expected to appear in the following two episodes as well. This is his first stint alone on a variety show, and thus, fans are looking forward to what he has to show.

[150408] EXO's Xiu Min to Appear as Guest on 'Crime Scene 2'

EXO's Xiu Min will be appearing in Crime Scene 2 as a guest. 

According to jTBC's Crime Scene 2 on April 8, Xiu Min has been confirmed as the third guest. 

Ever since his debut, Xiu Min has never appeared alone on a variety show, making Crime Scene 2 his first solo variety appearance. 

Anticipation is on the rise to see what kind of performance Xiu Min will have on ths show, which requires high levels of variety and deduction skills. 

On appearing in the show, Xiu Min said he enjoyed watching Crime Scene 1 and really wanted to appear on the program. He showed confidence in appearing in the second season, saying he plans on using his personality to pay attention to details and find every hint that comes his way. 

Yoon Hyun Joon CP of the show said, "There's a reason why [Xiu Min] was cast. He's going to show something more than expected."
