EXO′s Chanyeol has been featured on Freal Luv and appeared in the music video.

On October 14, Far East Movement released their new single Freal Luv through a variety of music sites as well as dropped the music video for the track.

EXO′s Chanyeol not only showed his rapping abilities through Freal Luv, but he also captured the eyes of fans with his appearance in the music video.

The music video for Freal Luv was filmed in both Seoul, Korea and Shanghai, China and especially has a unique feel with futuristic and sci-fi innuendos.

EXO-L‘s are in for another treat as EXO‘s Chanyeol is one of the featured rappers in Far East Movement‘s song, “Freal Luv” which also features American R&B artist, Tinashe and DJ Marshmello has finally been released!

Back in September, the SM Entertainment artist was reported to be collaborating with Far East Movement with Tinashe and DJ Marshmello for their upcoming Identity album and promotion pictures were posted on Far East Movement’s Instagram account.

Yesterday, Chanyeol posted a cut of his appearance in the “Freal Luv” music video, as his post was viewed 797, 492 times and received positive comments from EXO-Ls all around the world.

To show his appreciation and deep excitement for the music video and song release, Chanyeol also commented on Far East Movement’s Kev Nish‘s Instagram post.

The music video opens with Tinashe’s beautiful vocals as the intro of the catchy song and then Far East Movement members are shown rapping next. The music video shows the vibrant, night colors in the busy streets of Seoul and finally with Chanyeol, showcasing his powerful and charismatic rap in English.

After hinting at -and later confirming– a collaboration for a couple of months, Far East Movement, EXO’s Chanyeol, Tinashe, and DJ Marshmello have joined forces to release a hot new track!

On October 14 at midnight KST, the out-of-this-world music video for “Freal Luv” hit the interweb.

Reportedly filmed in both Seoul and Shanghai, the video gives off a psychedelic, sci-fi feeling as unique effects are used throughout to the solid beat of the track. While Tinashe’s voice carries over the entire song, Far East Movement and Chanyeol showcase their strong rapping with ease.

Not only did he feature as a rapper in the song, but EXO’s Chanyeol also actually had a part in both composing and writing lyrics for the track as well, making this collaboration even more impressive.

[161013] SM reveals more details on Chanyeol's collaboration track with Far East Movement

According to SM Entertainment, EXO Chanyeol's collaboration track with Far East Movement will be released this October 14!

Not only did the idol participate in a rap feature for the upcoming song, titled "Freal Love", but he also made an appearance in the MV, which you can also check out on the 14th. As previously revealed, Chanyeol worked with female producer Tinashe as well as well-known EDM DJ Marshmello for "Freal Love".

Far East Movement and Chanyeol went back and forth between Seoul, Korea and Shanghai, China to film the upcoming MV, which will depict a futuristic, urban vibe.

Far East Movement has teased a glimpse and announcedemore details of their upcoming collaboration with EXO’s Chanyeol. 

Back in September, it was reported that Chanyeol participated in Far East Movement’s new single, which is set to be released this October.

In a recent update from Far East Movement, it was confirmed that the group will be releasing their first single “Freal Luv” on October 14th. The track will was a collaboration with Marshmello and will feature Chanyeol and Tinashe. The single will be Far East Movement’s first preview from their upcoming album, IDENTITY. 

Meanwhile, the single will also be released in South Korea through SMSTATION.
