[141207] A video of EXO's Chanyeol looking extremely unwell at the '2014 MAMA' concerns fans

A video of EXO's Chanyeol has fans incredibly concerned for the rapper's health.

The video seems to have been taken by a fan who focused on Chanyeol during EXO's '2014 MAMA' stage. Chanyeol doesn't look like he's doing too well to start with, and at the moment where there's a member switch for the stage, Chanyeol rushes off, fumbles for a water bottle, and looks like he might even be vomiting a little. His stylists rush to his side immediately, fanning him and fixing his makeup, but he manages to trudge back up to the stage.

After the stage, Chanyeol seems to have a hard time even walking himself off the stage, barely able to hold himself up. The video has brought to question a lot of things, most importantly why Chanyeol was performing if he was so sick.

Hopefully Chanyeol will get enough rest to recover before EXO's upcoming comeback.

[141205] Eason Chan defends EXO after allegations of being rude to Andy Lau at “2014 MAMA”

On December 4th it was reported that Chinese media outlet Sina had criticized Korean boy group EXO for being rude to Hong Kong star Andy Lau. On December 5th, Hong Kong singer Eason Chan spoke up and defended EXO on this matter.

The said incident took place during the 2014 MAMA where EXO was presented the award for “Artist of the Year” by Andy Lau. Sina posted a photo and claimed that, “When Andy Lau used both hands to present the award to 

EXO, the member from EXO not only took the award using one hand, but also did not make direct eye contact with Andy Lau.”

At first Chinese netizens reacted to these news negatively but soon after began to defend EXO after watching the clip of the award being presented.

Eason Chan has now also come forth and defended the group saying, “The members of EXO have really good manners. The first thing they did after entering the room was bow to their seniors, and then we took pictures together.” He also jokingly added “Korean juniors will always bow to their seniors to greet them. 

In Hong Kong, no one bows unless they’re having a stomachache,” which shows that there are cultural differences between the two countries so there would be no reason for any misunderstandings.

Eason Chan performed at the 2014 MAMA and has expressed an interest to collaborate with EXO. He thinks the members are very handsome and talented.

[2014 MAMA] EXO Wins ′Best Asian Style′ Award on the Red Carpet

Taking home the first award of the night, EXO won the 2014 MAMA 

On December 3, the winner of the Best Asian Style Award was revealed on the red carpet of 2014 Mnet Asian Music Awards, held at the AWE in Hong Kong. 

The winners revealed to be EXO. 

"I′m feeling good. We′re working hard, so continue to look after us," said Tao. Lay also expressed his happiness in Chinese. SuHo took the microphone last, saying, "Because EXO-L is there, it′s possible to get big awards. We′ll continue work hard."

The sixth annual 2014 MAMA will include performances by John Legend, EXO, Epik High, Winner, BTS, Girl′s Day, Seo Taiji, Block B, SNSD′s Tiffany, Big Bang′s G-Dragon and Taeyang, SISTAr, IU, Infinite and more. 

Also, Kwon Sang Woo, Song Seung Heon, Yun Eun Hae, Song Ji Hyo, Lee Kwang Soo, Lee Dong Wook, Park Bo Young, Kim Ji Hoon, Kim Ji Suk, Yeon Woo Jin, Han Groo, Kyung Soo Jin, Kang So Ra, Yoo In Na, Ahn Jae Hyeon, Park Min Woo, Chae Rim, Gao Zi Qi, and other actors will be presenting awards.

[2014 MAMA] SISTAR and EXO Receive Best Female and Male Group Awards at 2014 MAMA

With Lee Kwang Soo and Song Ji Hyo brightening up the atmosphere with fans cheering their names, the Best Female and Best Male Group awards were given to SISTAR and EXO at the 2014 Mnet Asia Music Awards on December 3 in Hong Kong.

After releasing hit after hit in 2014, the SISTAR members humbly received the award, thanking their fans, staff, and producers, who worked hard on all the songs to bring SISTAR its popularity. 

SISTAR promised to continue working hard.

Taking the second award of the night after the Best Asian Style award on the red carpet, EXO rose to the stage once again. 

"Thank you MAMA for giving us this second award today,” and added, “We’re standing at this place all thanks to you.”

“We would like to thank Lee Soo Man sunsaengnim, SM family, our families and members and above all, all the EXO-L fans! We give this award to EXO-L who always trust and love us. We love you EXO-L!”

[2014 MAMA] EXO′s ′Overdose′ Becomes UnionPay′ Album of the Year at 2014 MAMA

Taking two of the three biggest awards of the night, EXO was named for the UnionPay Album of the Year award at the 2014 MAMA, held at the AWE in Hong Kong on December 3. 

Taking the stage, Su Ho gave another thank you speech, saying, "EXO is one. EXO is EXO without changes." 

"I know how hard it is to not be able to live with a comfortable heart. EXO is staying strong and I hope that you can love us comfortably and be happy," said Chan Yeol. "No matter what happens, to EXO-L and the many people who believed us no matter what, we want to thank you." 

Tao said, "2014 was a very hard year for EXO. Thank you to everyone that helped EXO. EXO will continue working hard, so please look forward to it."

The EXO members also thanked all of their parents. 

EXO took home the Red Carpet: Best Asian Style, Best Male Group, UnionPay Asian Artist of the Year, and the UnionPay Album of the Year.

[2014 MAMA] EXO Takes Home ′UnionPay Asian Artist of the Year in Asia′ Award at 2014 MAMA

The 2014 MAMA took place at the AWE in Hong Kong on December 3, with some of the greatest singers of the year present. 

Of the three main awards, presented by UnionPay, EXO was the first to be named for the UnionPay Artist of the Year in Asia award.

As the leader, Su Ho gave the thank you speech for the third time, saying it was possible all thanks to everyone. 

Su Ho continued, "We want to thank Lee Soo Man and SM family members who are always working hard behind us. No matter how many times we say this, tens or hundreds of times, this was possible thanks to EXO-L. We will become the best artist to return your love."

Lay also stated that receiving the award as a Chinese member gives him much pride. He then dedicated the award to everyone who helped EXO get to where they are now.

[2014 MAMA] EXO is the Most Supported Star of ‘Star Cheer Battle′ with Most Roses in Total

After taking home four outstanding awards at the 2014 MAMA on December 3, EXO was revealed to have also received the most roses during the Star Cheer Battle.

From October 27 to December 2, we asked you to vote for the 2014 MAMA and send roses of support to your favorite stars. For five weeks or so, the most supported star was revealed every single day, having its name branded on the main page of the MAMA website.

There was a variety of different winners each day, but after counting up all the roses that were sent in from October 27 to December 2, we found that EXO received a whopping total of 7,933,221 roses!

Coming in at second was Winner with 5,247,119 roses, and Super Junior at third with 5,107,965. 

Also listed in the top ten were GOT7, SNSD, TVXQ, FT Island, 2PM, Infinite, and 2NE1.

[141202] EXO Welcomed to Hong Kong by Screaming Fans

EXO arrived safe and sound via the Hong Kong International Airport for the 2014 Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA), and you can bet Mnet′s MPD was there to welcome the boys.

EXO is seen filing out from the airport, where they showed MPD some love before heading out to the crowd of screaming fans awaiting their arrival.
